Photographic views, mostly of areas in western Massachusetts ca. 1885-1905, possibly collected by a member of the Hollister family of Greenfield, Mass. The bulk of the photographs are of Greenfield, Mass. and the Hollister House in Greenfield; other subjects include neighboring towns in Massachusetts, Daniel Webster's farm in Marshfield, Mass., and Prudence Island in Rhode Island, as well as one photograph of Colorado. Several of the photographs depict members of the Hollister family. Photographers include C.M. Moody of Greenfield, Mass. and W.F. Stiles of Leominster, Mass.; most of the photographers are unidentified.
